Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. (WZL-2) request for carefully reading the Privacy Policy before using this website (hereinafter the web service) or before disclosing personal data. If you do not give a consent for collecting, processing and disclosing your personal data in a manner indicated in this Policy, then please refrain from using the WZL-2 web service.

Privacy Policy defines the situations in which personal data may be collected from the users. It also clarifies and regulates matters concerning the storing, processing and using data. The Policy applies to the above website and other websites operated by or on behalf of Wojskowe Zakłady Lotnicze Nr 2 S.A. in Bydgoszcz.

Data is processed for the purposes specified hereinafter. The Data Controller neither shares any data nor transfers it to a third country or an international organization. Personal data shall be stored as long as required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. The data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, transfer data or lodge
a complaint with a supervisory authority. Data shall not undergo automatic processing, profiling included. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

WZL-2 declares to take all measures to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection and obliges itself to take actions that preclude third parties’ interference in personal data and privacy of the data subject.

The user may contact WZL-2 directly via telephone or the website to learn about the organization and the service offer without the need to submit personal data. Irrespective of the above, if circumstances occur which might require personal data collection in order to realize a service or a process, the User will be informed about the need of personal data disclosure and usage, thus being capable of making a decision of providing or withholding the consent to process personal data.
