The dates of fitting and dismantling of the individual stands/display:

The fitting of stands will take place on 14-16 May from 8 am to 10 pm.

The dismantling of stands:

18 May 2019 – from 6 pm to 10 pm.

19 May 2019 – from 8 am to 3 pm.

Please, take good care of the surface on which your stand is to be mounted and secure it to prevent from permanent damage.

ID passes

ID passes for the exhibitors can be collected at the Exhibition Office in hangar No. 3 on 16^th May 2019 from 8 am to 6 pm and on 17^th May 2019 from 8 am to 10 am.

Entry to the stand area:

16 May 2019 – from noon to 10 pm.

17 May 2019 – from 8 am to 5 pm (a business day for the invited guests)

18 May 2019 – from 9 am to 4 pm (an open day for visitors)

Parking cards – parking spots

You can enter the exhibition area only if your parking card is filled. Please, insert is behind the windshield of your car, so that it is visible to the Security. The Security will indicate the parking spots.
